Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Vice President of Corporate Social Responsibility (SVP, CSR) to join our executive team. The SVP, CSR will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing strategies that align our business objectives with our commitment to social responsibility. This position will focus on enhancing our CSR initiatives, fostering sustainable business practices, and leveraging our outreach capabilities to drive positive social and environmental impact.
Key Responsibilities:

Strategy Development and Implementation:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive CSR strategy that aligns with the company’s vision, mission, and business goals.
- Integrate CSR initiatives into the company’s overall business strategy, ensuring seamless alignment with all departments.

Cold Business Outreach:
- Lead the development of innovative cold outreach strategies to engage new businesses and partners in CSR initiatives.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including potential clients, partners, and community organizations.

Program Management:
- Oversee the planning, execution, and evaluation of CSR programs and initiatives.
- Ensure programs are impactful, measurable, and aligned with the company’s CSR goals.

Stakeholder Engagement:
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders to promote awareness and support for CSR initiatives.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and in media engagements related to CSR.

Reporting and Compliance:
- Develop and manage CSR reporting processes, including sustainability reports, impact assessments, and compliance documentation.
- Ensure the company’s CSR activities comply with legal and regulatory requirements.

Leadership and Team Development:
- Lead and mentor the CSR team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
- Provide strategic guidance and support to team members, enabling them to achieve their professional goals.

Partnership Development:
- Identify and cultivate partnerships with NGOs, community organizations, and other entities that align with the company’s CSR objectives.
- Leverage partnerships to amplify the impact of CSR initiatives and enhance the company’s reputation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Public Relations, Environmental Science, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in CSR, public relations, or a related field, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful CSR strategies and programs.
- Strong understanding of CSR best practices, sustainability frameworks, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead and inspire teams, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
- Experience in cold business outreach and stakeholder engagement is highly desirable.
