Job Description:We are on the lookout for a High-Volume Sales Representative who is adept at managing a high quantity of sales interactions, including calls, emails, and text messaging, within the renewable energy sector. The ideal candidate is one who thrives in a fast-paced sales environment, making numerous daily touchpoints to maximize outreach and client engagement.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Execute high-volume sales strategies, involving a mix of calls, emails, and text interactions, targeting commercial and utility-scale clients in the renewable energy sector.


  • Manage a robust pipeline of outreach activities, ensuring a minimum of 100 calls per day, alongside extensive email and text communication, to engage potential clients and drive sales.


  • Build and maintain strong professional relationships, leveraging high-volume sales tactics to enhance industry connections.


  • Utilize various platforms, including LinkedIn and CRM systems, for community engagement and to track high-volume sales activities.


  • Present and articulate the value of our staffing solutions, customizing communications to align with client needs across different high-volume channels.


  • Stay attuned to market trends in renewable energy, adapting high-volume sales strategies to meet the dynamic industry landscape.


  • Collaborate with team members to ensure the delivery of exceptional client service through consistent and high-volume outreach.


  • Commit to ethical and sustainable practices in all high-volume sales and business activities.


Experience and Skills:



  • Demonstrated experience in high-volume sales, preferably within the renewable energy or staffing industries.


  • Proven ability to manage and execute a high volume of sales calls, emails, and texts effectively.


  • Strong networking capabilities and proficiency in maintaining high-volume sales activities.


  • Exceptional communication skills, with the agility to switch between various forms of outreach seamlessly.


  • Resilience and tenacity in high-volume sales environments.


  • Understanding of renewable energy concepts and workforce/vendor management software is advantageous.






Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.


  • At least 5 years of experience in high-volume sales, ideally within a related industry.
