As the Governance and Reporting lead, you will support the Chief Administrative Office of the Commercial & Investment Bank's CCOR team (CIB CCOR CAO) in running a world-class organization through impactful executive reporting, project and solutions delivery, business management and strategic initiatives.  


Job Responsibilities



  • Drive compelling executive communications including developing content and materials for CCOR management reporting, business and risk committees, and regulator meetings.   Work to uplift overall quality of executive presentations in partnership with RM&C Executive Content center of excellence and respond to ad-hoc requests related to presentation development and business analysis.  

  • Build strong partnerships with cross functional and other CCOR, Risk and Business Management teams supporting day-to-day CCOR functions and driving opportunities for greater efficiencies and effectiveness in the governance and reporting processes.

  • Develop an understanding of themes and issues impacting Compliance and Operational risks that the Firm faces. 

  • Partner with Communications for senior leader strategy sessions, offsites, townhalls and/or other speaking engagements. 

  • Coordinate the reporting, and project management for the strategic priorities including management updates and broader syndication messaging. 

  • Instill and maintain strong organizational disciplines, controls and practices including adherence to policies and standards, creation and organization of internal procedures and documentation, and use of document management tools to organize, refine and reuse materials.

  • Partner with the broader CIB CCOR Team on ad-hoc projects.  


Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • 5+ years of professional experience in the financial services industry in areas such as compliance, law, risk management or audit 

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with ability to draft and edit executive level content in a clear and concise way

  • Ability to review and digest complex content and data, analyze and draw conclusions 

  • Strong organizational and project management skills; able to manage competing priorities under tight deadlines

  • Strong interpersonal skills, with proven ability to build strong partnerships, collaborate and drive outcomes

  • Intellectual curiosity with a proven ability to learn quickly

  • High degree of initiative, self-direction, and ability to work well under pressure

  • Strong Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel skills


Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills



  • J.D. or M.B.A.

  • Prior experience working for a U.S. banking regulator

  • Strong knowledge of banking laws and regulations 

  • Certification in project, program, process management
