QUALIFICATIONS
Required Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
2. Deep specialized and/or broad knowledge within a professional discipline.
3. Sound and comprehensive understanding of business and organizational strategies and processes.
4. Ability to interpret internal and external business challenges and implement best practices to improve products, processes, or services.
5. Ability to lead projects of significant complexity and risk exposure.
6. Ability to exercise judgment in solving technical, operational, and organizational challenges in the context of business objectives and priorities.

Preferred Qualifications:
1. Master's degree or MBA
2. 10 years of related experience.
3. Previous experience in the banking industry.
4. Experience with Data analysis and sound SQL skills
5. Understanding of Finance, Treasury, Investment banking and products
6. Exposure to Data warehousing
7. Experience with Financial Services industry
8. Business Intelligence/Reporting tool exposure
